A/C and electrical permits, handled from start to finish

Most A/C and electrical work in South Florida needs a permit, and every city does it a little differently. We pull permits under our own state licenses every week in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Collier and Lee counties, so you don't have to learn the process.

State-certified A/C contractor CAC041128 · Electrical contractor EC13010005 · Licensed & insured★ Rated 4.8 on Google

How it works

  • We prepare the city's application. You only sign where the owner must sign
  • We submit it with our licenses, insurance and city contractor registrations
  • We respond to any city comments
  • We schedule and attend the inspections
  • We close out the permit with the final inspection

Why the permit matters

An unpermitted A/C change-out or panel swap can cause problems when you sell the home, file an insurance claim, or refinance. A permitted, finaled job gives you a clean record.

Because we're licensed for both mechanical and electrical work, one contractor can permit the whole job.

Common questions

Does replacing an A/C need a permit in Miami-Dade?

Yes. Replacing an A/C system requires a mechanical permit in Miami-Dade County and its cities, as it does across Florida.

Can you pull a permit for work someone else did?

We can only permit work we do or take responsibility for. If you have unpermitted work, call us and we'll explain the options.
