A/C installation and replacement in Miami-Dade and South Florida

A new A/C system is a 10–15 year decision. We size it to your home, install it to Florida code, pull the permit and get it inspected, so it cools well, runs efficiently and passes on the first try.

Good to know before you replace

Since 2023, new systems must meet higher federal efficiency standards (SEER2), and since 2025 new systems use newer refrigerants instead of R-410A. That's normal, and we'll explain what it means for your home.

Oversized systems cool fast but leave the house humid and clammy, which matters a lot in South Florida. Correct sizing is the difference between comfortable and sticky.

Common questions

How long does an A/C replacement take?

Most home change-outs are done in a day. The permit and final inspection follow the city's schedule, and we coordinate them for you.

Do I need a permit to replace my A/C in Florida?

Yes. Replacing an A/C system requires a mechanical permit in Florida cities and counties. We prepare it, pull it and handle the inspections.

What size A/C do I need?

It depends on the home's square footage, windows, insulation, sun exposure and ductwork. We do a load calculation instead of guessing from the old unit's size.
