Where we work
Based in Hialeah, we work across South Florida, from the Florida Keys to Fort Myers. Here's what to know about each area.
Hialeah
The City of Hialeah has its own building department, separate from Miami-Dade County. We pull Hialeah mechanical and electrical permits regularly and handle the inspections.
Miami Lakes
The Town of Miami Lakes runs its own building department and permitting. We handle the mechanical and electrical permits and inspections for you.
Doral
The City of Doral has its own building department. We pull Doral mechanical and electrical permits and coordinate inspections, including for commercial tenant build-outs.
Miami Gardens
The City of Miami Gardens issues its own building permits. We handle the application, submittal and inspections for mechanical and electrical work.
Coral Gables
Coral Gables has its own building department with its own requirements. We handle the mechanical and electrical permits and inspections there.
Kendall
Most of Kendall is unincorporated Miami-Dade County, so permits go through the county rather than a city. We pull them and handle the inspections.
The Florida Keys
Salt air corrodes standard outdoor coils fast. For Keys homes we recommend coastal-rated or coated equipment and stainless hardware where it matters.
Fort Myers
Permits go through the City of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, or Lee County depending on the address. We handle the registration, the application and the inspections.
